Profoam Pusmak’s hydraulically driven KPX 50 proportioning machine is engineered and manufactured specifically for spray foam contractors. Its precision proportioning system ensures a consistently accurate 1:1 mixture ratio of both components, delivering output rates of up to 40 lbs/min.
The unit features a maximum hydraulic pressure capacity of 3,480 psi and a pre-heater system rated up to 12.4 kW. The KPX 50’s hose heating system is designed for compatibility with a variety of heated hose types, offering flexibility across different job site configurations.
Additionally, the machine’s error control automation allows users to set custom pressure tolerance ranges and review error history logs, supporting efficient troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
