PROFILL is a two-part open-cell spray polyurethane foam (ocSPF) insulation system built for high yields and dependable performance. It does not require pre-mixing or agitation before spraying. With water as the blowing agent, this advanced ocSPF system has excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. PROFILL is engineered to provide efficient installation and high levels of performance.
PROFILL may be used in attics and crawlspaces without a prescriptive ignition barrier when covered with an intumescent coating under the following conditions: Entry is only to service utilities in the attic or crawlspace and no storage is permitted; attic and/or crawlspaces cannot be interconnected. Other requirements: IBC 1203.2; 1203.3; IRC R408.1; R806; IMC 701; 703

PROSEAL is a medium-density, two-part closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (ccSPF) insulation system built for dependable performance. It delivers excellent insulating value, strong resistance to moisture, and high output, making it well-suited for both residential and commercial projects. PROSEAL is also formulated with sustainability in mind, featuring a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1 and an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0. To support consistent application across changing weather conditions, it’s offered in both summer and winter blends.

Profoam ProZone 3.0 # Roofing Foam
ProZone 3.0 is a two component, HFC-245fa blown, all PMDI based spray polyurethane foam system designed for use as a self adhering, seamless, high insulating, spray applied rigid polyurethane foam roofing system. ProZone 3.0 will be available in multiple speeds for use in varying temperature conditions. ProZone 3.0 complies with ASTM D7425 and has been formulated to spray at a 3 pound density, depending on lift thickness, and may be used in applications of the Profoam roofing systems.
