CIRR D-BOND Crystallized Isocyanates & Resin Remover is an Immersion Cleaner used to remove both cured and uncured polymer and resin buildup. This powerful solution can tackle a range of coatings, from aqueous and solvent-based paints and lacquers to varnishes, latex, rubber, and resins. It is also effective against tough adhesives like dried cyanoacrylate, silicones, two-component PU Silicone, and bi-component polyurethanes. Go Green Wipes are used for quick hand wipe applications.
Use CIRR D BOND™ Full Strength (Do NOT add water) at room temperature OR heat to a maximum of 140 °F in a well-ventilated area. When heated, a faster polymer and resin removal result is obtained. The use of an ultrasonic Immersion tank will enhance the loosening performance.

SurfaLube Equipment Storage Fluid is used as a storage fluid in Urethane Dispensing Equipment and Polyurea Spray Equipment. Its coalescing properties allow the storage of equipment for up to 36 months. With a superior environmental profile, SurfaLube is stable under normal storage conditions. Compatible with machines and transfer pumps made of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Alloys. Gentle on most O-rings, gaskets, seals and lining. Does not freeze under a severe cold environment (<-90 °F).
Pump SurfaLube into the system so that it remains in hoses and lines. Store the unit in a cool and dry (moisture-free) area for up to 36 months.

SURF X FLUSH 2000 Polyurethane Foam, Resin & Coating Remover, Flushing large amounts of Hardened Isocyanate (A) and Polyol (B). For Immersion Cleaning of mixing heads, gear pumps, troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, rollers, molds, foam curing devices, holding tanks, feeding lines, and mixing equipment, use the product at full strength at room temperature or at a maximum temperature of 150°F. Go Green Wipes are used for quick hand wipe applications.
The maximum flushing time is 4 hours; you should not leave the product in the system overnight. Use the product at full strength and at room temperature, and do not heat it during the flushing process. To flush out the entire ISO (A) Line throughout the system, place the Transfer Pump in a pail containing 2-3 gallons of SURF X FLUSH 2000™. Recirculate until the solvent runs clear (maximum of 4 hours), and then rinse with 2-3 gallons of NZD ISO FLUSH ™. Please dispose of the spent solvent and ISO mixture in a waste bucket and do not reuse it. Once the system is free of Isocyanates, you can purge it with a few quarts of Isocyanates and start spraying. Don't forget to add SurfaLube™ Equipment Storage Fluid to the lines when storing your equipment (up to 3 years). Proper Procedure:
- Pull out one pre-moistened wipe from the bucket and close dispenser with attached cover securely.
- Apply wipe on surface using circular motions to cover the area with solvent.
- If needed, leave wipe on overnight or until surface is cleaned.
- Discard the wipe in accordance with all local, regional, national, provincial, territorial and international regulations. Waste characterizations and compliance with applicable laws are solely the responsibility of the waste generator.
