ULTRA GUARD 5700 SILICONE MASTIC is a high-solids, heat resistant, single component, brush/trowell grade silicone mastic. Ultra-Guard 5700 Mastic can be used to seal around penetrations, reinforce seams and waterproof low areas, including drains and scuppers. Ultra-Guard 5700 Mastic features exceptional adhesion, low temperature flexibility, high tensile, and outstanding UV resistance.

NCFI  Enduratech Acrylic Coatings, 55 gal drum

NCFI EnduraTech® Q (70-014) is a durable 100% acrylic elastomeric coating designed specifically for use over new spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing systems, or for recoating existing SPF roofing systems.

Installation:
  •  May be applied by spray or heavy nap roller. However, airless spray is recommended for consistency. 
  •  All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, and other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion. 
  •  Apply in two separate coats at the minimum rate of one gallon per 100 square feet. 
  •  Apply at temperatures above 50°F. 
  •  Apply only when Weather conditions will permit coating to dry before rain, dew, or freezing temperatures occur.

No-Burn Plus Intumescent Coating, 5 gallons, White

When exposed to high temperatures or fire, No-Burn Plus intumesces, creating a char-barrier that protects treated substrates limiting the production and spread of flames thereby reducing smoke. This white latex coating can be tinted if desired and spray-applied, drying to a fire resistant, interior finish and flame spread classification of Class 1 or Class A in about an hour. No-Burn Plus intumescent coating is certified to be applied to a variety of materials including engineered wood, i-joists and the subfloor, rough sawn lumber, and gypsum wall board.

No-Burn Plus Spray Seal Intumescent Coating, 5 gallons, Light Gray (fire rated fluid-applied AVB that replaces the need for building wrap or Zip System)

No-Burn Plus Spray Seal is an intumescent and air barrier coating in one for use over exterior oriented strand board (OSB) or plywood that will be covered with cladding. Durability features allow up to 6-months of UV and weather exposure providing builders with greater cladding installation flexibility. Compliant with the International Building Code, International Residential Code, and International Energy Conservation Code.

No-Burn Plus Spray Seal works to control air movement and prevent air from leaking in and out, reducing heating and cooling costs, enhancing indoor air quality, and improving comfort.

In accordance with Energy Codes and energy efficiency requirements, lower ACH rates are required and desired. No-Burn Plus Spray Seal helps to reduce the ACH within the building envelope.

In addition to air sealing capabilities, No-Burn Plus Spray Seal provides fire protection, equivalent to fire retardant treated wood (FRTw). All features packaged in a one-step application, eliminates other products and saves on costs.

Rugged Coatings Si92 silicone elastomeric is formulated using a 100% silicone polymer that provides outstanding weathering, and superior reflectivity properties. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, Si92 provides excellent waterproofing capabilities. The bright white finish reduces surface temperatures thereby minimizing thermal expansion and contraction. Under-the-roof temperatures are also reduced, lowering cooling costs. Rugged Coatings Si92 Silicone White Roof Coating is a premium silicone rubber roof ideal for ponding water.

Recommended Uses:
Metal, single ply, smooth BUR, APP, SBS, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, cured concrete, existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coatings and other approved surfaces. NOT for use on roof shingles. EPDM rubber roofs must be primed with bonding primer designed for EPDM roofs. Other roof substrates including TPO, PVC, metal or asphalt may require primer before application. An adhesion pull test should be performed to determine if a primer is needed.
